A) General Provisions

1. General
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all legal relationships between the Entrepreneur and the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing or special provisions in Part B apply. Any general terms and conditions used by the contractual partner shall not apply and do not become part of the agreement. The current version of the Entrepreneur’s General Terms and Conditions at the time of contract conclusion shall apply.

2. Offer
Our offers are non-binding.

3. Orders
For online orders, the customer submits a binding and chargeable order by clicking the “Submit” or "Send Registration" button. In the case of telephone or written orders, the order becomes binding for the customer once it is received by the Entrepreneur.

4. Contract Conclusion
The automatic confirmation of receipt via email does not constitute a contract. The contract is concluded when the customer receives a confirmation from the Entrepreneur.

5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated, fees are due on the dates specified in the invoice and must be paid to the bank account indicated there. According to § 19 UStG, no VAT will be charged unless otherwise noted. Any bank fees for wire transfers must be borne by the customer.

6. Event Changes / Cancellations
Events depend on a minimum number of participants. The Entrepreneur reserves the right to change dates or locations and also to cancel events before they begin. Customers will be informed promptly. If an event is cancelled, the customer can either attend a replacement date or receive a full refund. No compensation or further claims will be accepted. If an event cannot take place due to force majeure, illness, accident, or other circumstances beyond the Entrepreneur's control, a replacement date will be set. If the customer cannot attend the new date, there is no right to a refund.

7. Pre-Selling
If a product is in the pre-selling phase, it is not yet completed but can be purchased at a reduced price. The customer receives the product once it's completed. If the product is not completed within one year from the purchase date, the customer can withdraw from the purchase and will receive a full refund. The Entrepreneur reserves the right not to produce the pre-sold product. In this case, the customer will also receive a full refund.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Entrepreneur’s liability is, to the extent legally permissible, limited to intent and gross negligence. Except in the case of personal injury, liability is limited to the agreed service fee. Liability for indirect or consequential damages and loss of profit is excluded. The Entrepreneur assumes no responsibility or liability for the content of lectures/seminars. The Entrepreneur's services are non-denominational and politically neutral. No guarantees are made for the effectiveness of video courses, webinars, seminars, workshops, or individual coaching. The client bears full responsibility for any effects resulting from the techniques used. The information provided is of a purely spiritual nature, intended for self-exploration, awareness, and development. It does not replace a visit to a doctor, psychotherapist, or alternative practitioner, nor is it a diagnosis or therapy as defined by law, although it may support such treatments.

9. Copyright / Personal Rights
The client accepts the copyright of the instructors on their lectures and materials (training documents, etc.). Duplication and/or distribution by participants require prior written consent from the instructor and the Entrepreneur. Audio or video recordings during events are not permitted. The client grants permission for photo, audio, and video recordings during events, which may be used for marketing future events. If the client does not consent, they must declare this in writing before the event begins. Otherwise, consent is assumed.

10. Right of Withdrawal (for distance selling)
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly (e.g., by letter, fax, or email). It is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period ends.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a proportionate amount for the services provided up to the point you informed us of your withdrawal.

11. Data Storage
The data provided to the Entrepreneur will be electronically stored in compliance with data protection laws. The customer agrees that their data (name, title, address, email, phone numbers, and date of birth) will be stored and used to send newsletters and updates on future events. The Entrepreneur will not share customer data with third parties without explicit consent.

12. Other Conditions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The parties shall replace the invalid provision with a valid one that comes closest to the intended purpose. German law shall apply exclusively. Place of jurisdiction for all claims arising from the contract is Lüneburg.

B) Special Provisions for Seminars and Workshops

These provisions apply to events directly hosted by the Entrepreneur. For events organized with other providers, the terms of the respective organizer apply. The organizer is specified in the event description or registration form.

1. Basis of the Contract
1.1. For written seminar registrations submitted directly to the Entrepreneur (e.g., before, during, or after an event), the contract is concluded upon receipt of the registration form. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt.
1.2. The client receives a confirmation after the registration is received.
1.3. Any changes or additions to the contract must be confirmed in writing by the Entrepreneur.

2. Services, Seminar Content, and Changes
2.1. The Entrepreneur enables participation in the booked seminar. All details regarding venue and schedule will be provided before the seminar begins.
2.2. Travel, accommodation, and meals are not included in the seminar price unless otherwise agreed.
2.3. Lecturers are free in designing their presentations and are responsible for their content.
2.4. The Entrepreneur may make necessary or appropriate changes to the seminar program, such as replacing a speaker or changing the date or location.

3. Seminar Fees / Reservation
3.1. The fee is due no later than 4 weeks before the event. For last-minute registrations, cash payment at the seminar start is possible. A place is only reserved after full payment.
3.2. For externally organized seminars, payment terms may differ and are stated on the invoice.

4. Cancellation of Participation
4.1. A confirmed registration is binding and obliges the customer to pay the full seminar fee.
4.2. For cancellations up to 2 weeks before the seminar, a 30% cancellation fee applies. For cancellations within 2 weeks, the full fee is due.
4.3. If a participant is unable to attend due to illness, death, accident, or other circumstances, there is no entitlement to a refund.
